How accurate is it, honestly?
AiReq flags the fields it is unsure of — your technician corrects those, not the whole form. Out of the box, on paper the model has never seen, roughly six fields in ten need no correction; with a test list and referring-client codes loaded, that typically reaches the high eighties. The trial exists so the number measured is the one on your own documents.
What the free trial actually is
14 days, no card, and up to 30 requisitions — enough to see it work on your own paper rather than a prepared sample. It ends when either runs out, and nothing is charged unless a plan is chosen. There is one trial per lab.

What counts as a scan?
One scan is one requisition that comes back as a drafted order — the two words mean the same thing everywhere on this site. A page that cannot be read becomes its own item and is not billed. Insurance cards and identity documents read alongside a requisition are part of the same scan, not extra ones.
Does it work with my system?
Orders are created in CrelioHealth, where accessioning already happens. A lab on a different LIS gets the same reading — where the finished order lands is the part to settle first, and that is a conversation worth having before signing up.
Is this included in my CrelioHealth LIS?
No. AiReq is built by CrelioHealth and billed separately from the LIS subscription. Existing CrelioHealth labs are not charged twice for anything, and nothing changes on the LIS invoice.
